mission statement
My mission as an educator is to positively impact the lives of the children I teach. To uplift and inspire my students on a daily basis. To make learning fun for the students as well as to teach them to enjoy the educational experience. To inspire my students to set their goals high and to achieve those goals. To not be afraid to differentiate instruction. To challenge each student to push themselves farther than they thought possible.
To instill the belief in my students that they can do anything to achieve their full potential. To be a great coach, to be a great leader, to be their rock, to encourage my students to strive for greatness. And to push past my boundaries in order to positively impact my students' lives.

educational philosophy
I believe that teachers should be dedicated and committed to the success of our students. I provide support for the students to succeed and take risks without fear of failure. I want my students to view themselves as leaders who have their own talents and abilities. My positive classroom environment will foster a strong academic, emotional, and social experience. Instructional diversity is of the utmost importance to allow my students to succeed. Through integrating differentiation, technology, and "thinking outside the box", I present my students with the tools necessary to be motivated to reach their goals.
